Ivan Wong is a seasoned digital strategist with over 20 years of experience driving growth across Retail, Healthcare, B2B, and Hospitality sectors in Asia. With leadership roles at top firms like GroupM Asia-Pacific and Far East Hospitality, Ivan has spearheaded high-impact digital marketing, AI automation, and performance strategies for global brands including Singapore Tourism Board, Decathlon, and Hotels.com. His impressive track record includes achieving a 75% YoY traffic growth for Singapore’s largest healthcare group and managing over $1.5M in PPC ad spend while exceeding industry ROAS benchmarks.
Beyond strategy, Ivan is a passionate educator and mentor, having trained over 2,500 professionals across Asia. As a Google-appointed regional trainer (2013–2019) and current Lead Faculty & AI Marketing Advisor at SMU-TribeAcademy, he specializes in making complex digital concepts actionable for both executives and teams. Ivan’s unique ability to blend data-driven insights with practical execution empowers businesses to achieve immediate results while building long-term digital capabilities.
Gerald Chia

Gerald Chia is a multi-talented digital marketer and creative entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning digital marketing, creative design, project management, and professional music production. Gerald has successfully led numerous branding and design projects for prestigious clients such as the Singapore Police Force, Banyan Tree, NTUC, NUS, NTU, and Cathay Cinema. His leadership ensured all projects - from visual strategies to large-scale creative campaigns - were delivered on time and beyond client expectations. His entrepreneurial journey was even featured on the front page of The Straits Times' Life! section in 2008, underscoring his reputation in Singapore’s creative industry.
Beyond design and marketing, Gerald was also a studio musician, contributing to award-winning films such as Beyond Beauty: Taiwan From Above (47th Houston International Film Festival), Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale (Golden Horse Awards), Dance of the Dragon (West Hollywood International Film Festival) and regional albums. His ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking enables him to craft marketing campaigns that not only resonate emotionally but also drive measurable results. With a Bachelor of Business (with Distinction) from RMIT University and certifications in Digital Marketing from Google and the Boston Consulting Group, Gerald brings a rare combination of artistic flair, business acumen, and data-driven execution to every project he leads.
